Position Purpose Description:
13To serve as the strategic nexus between finance and business operations, driving sustainable growth through data-powered performance insights, predictive modeling, and actionable decision support. Empowers executive leadership to optimize capital allocation, mitigate risks, and achieve financial objectives with precision.
Position Responsibility：
1.Lead monthly/quarterly business performance reviews, identify root causes of KPI deviations, and uncover operational risks/opportunities
2.Develop financial models for executive decisions support to CEO/CFO (e.g. Industry Analysis, Investment ROI, Cost control)
3.Serve as primary FP
